Shannice Fredericks

Shannice is the founder of My Property Organiser and leads the company's long-term vision and strategy.

With a background working alongside UK and international property investors, she built a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and manage a successful portfolio at scale. Her experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition through to ongoing performance oversight.

As an active investor herself, she identified a consistent gap in the market. Despite the value of property portfolios, there was a persistent lack of structure, visibility and organisation once a deal completed. My Property Organiser was her answer to that.

Her commentary on the evolving property landscape and the role of financial intelligence has been featured in FT Adviser. She leads the platform's overall vision, product strategy and long-term roadmap.

Jack Percival

Jack joined forces with Shannice to build My Property Organiser, bringing a decade of frontline experience in UK property sales. Before the platform, he served as Sales Director at a UK property investment agency where he watched talented agents lose their best investors after completion. As an active property investor himself, he also felt first-hand what it was like to have no proper visibility over his own portfolio.

Both experiences pointed to the same gap. That gap is what led him here.

A published contributor to FT Adviser on property investment and landlord regulation, Jack is a recognised voice on the topics shaping the UK property market. He understood the problem as a director, felt it as an investor and built the solution.

Law and property
Started as a legal secretary handling litigation, commercial and conveyancing matters. Worked up to office practice manager, building deep knowledge of property transactions and land registry.

London. Investment broker.
Moved to London as an investment broker for a buy-to-let company. Rose quickly to Senior Broker, heading the prestige arm focused on high net worth clients across the UK and internationally.

International Property Award
Recognised at the International Property Awards as Best Estate Agent 2022–2023. By this point she had seen first-hand the gap investors faced: no single platform, no real visibility, no infrastructure that worked.

Joined a property investment specialist in Chelmsford as a sales broker. Learned the fundamentals of buy-to-let investment and built his first client base from scratch.

Grew the business to its first London office in Canary Wharf. Became Sales Director, recruited and led his first team. Met Shannice through the industry at this time.
