My Property Organiser Ltd ("My Property Organiser", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 12583682. Our registered office is at 39th Floor, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Property Organiser platform, website and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including investors, estate agents, brokers, accountants and other professional partners.
My Property Organiser is a property portfolio management and wealth intelligence platform. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mypropertyorganiser.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Our investor subscription plans (Essential Club, Standard Club and Professional Club) are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Current pricing is displayed at mypropertyorganiser.co.uk and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Agency and partner pricing is bespoke and agreed individually based on team size, office structure and rollout requirements. Contact us at info@mypropertyorganiser.co.uk or book a call to discuss your requirements.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on each renewal date. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription purchase (your statutory cooling-off period), you are entitled to a full refund unless you have already used the Service.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. The 20% annual discount applies to Standard Club and Professional Club investor plans. Essential Club remains at the standard monthly rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period except where required by law.
My Property Organiser is HMRC-approved software for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment. While our software automates the process of preparing and submitting quarterly updates and end-of-period statements to HMRC, the following important limitations apply:
Where you choose to connect bank accounts via our Open Banking integration, you authorise us and our Open Banking provider to access your transaction data for the purposes of automating your financial records. Open Banking connections are governed by FCA regulations and the terms of our Open Banking provider. You can revoke Open Banking access at any time through your account settings.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

All content, design, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos and branding within the Service are owned by or licensed to My Property Organiser Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. By using the Service you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or emergency interventions that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. We will provide notice where possible. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice by email or prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in local courts.
